Ingredients are picked and fetched daily from local stores and prepared by manually. Our pita bread is made by hand everyday from the finest flour. Our sauces and dips are one of a kind, for they are a blend of spices and secret recipe by our house chef "Dulce".

In 2013 our father and two brothers work on a poultry farm in Jeddah. It was there where they got hooked on the popular delicacies such as Shawarma, Kebob, Kofta, and Stew. They decided to bring it here in the Philippines with minor flavor tweaks to adapt to the Filipino taste buds.
